Job Title: Sales Licensing Representative
Location: Hybrid role: 3 days in the office in Zürich, 2 days from home

As part of their growth in Switzerland, they are looking to hire a Sales Licensing Executive to work in their outbound calls team.
Key Purpose of the Role:
This role will be part of their Swiss Sales team and will be focused on selling their Blanket licenses to small businesses across this important market. They are looking for someone who has some experience in Sales and would enjoy selling through outbound activities such as direct mailings, emails and telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outbound Licensing: Calling clients to sell their licences.
- Client Queries: Handling inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability, and more.
- Education: Explaining to customers the importance of our client’s licenses for their business to be compliant as well as how it benefits studios.
- Get Deals Done: Building relationships with clients and be persistent to get sales over the line.
- CRM Management: Logging and documenting relevant information and client communication in their CRM system.
- Meet KPIs: Meet and exceed the targets set.
Who You Are:
- An Excellent Communicator: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. While proficiency in French is highly desirable, fluency in German and English is essential.
