As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll spend over 50% of your time on the road, visiting OE2 customers. You’ll serve as the key liaison between our client’s distributor and all OE2 customers, identifying new business opportunities and analyzing competitor presence. Working closely with your manager, you’ll help develop and execute a tailored strategy for your region

Yokohama Off-Highway tires is a fully owned subsidiary of The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. They have three brands: Alliance, Galaxy and Primex. Their brands are well-known names in the OHT segment across the globe and were brought together under the YOHT banner, in a phased manner. In Europe, they are a truly international team operating both from head-quarters in Amsterdam as well as local sales branches. Their DNA is growth and have been the fastest growing off- highway tire manufacturer for the last decade. They are expanding into new segments and truly believe in a winning recipe of having global manufacturing while being present with local sales teams. Due to growth, they are looking for a new Field Sales colleague for their BENELUX team.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for further establishment and growth of our clients brands in the region, build on their existing presence/ portfolio in the construction and agricultural segments. You will take responsibility for finding, developing and managing assigned accounts. You will work in alignment with the plan of the Country Manager Benelux. Willingness to support other regions from time to time if needed.
Detailed Role Responsibilities:
- Accountable to deliver sales revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with OE2 customers/ distributors/tire dealers to improve revenues and acquire customers.
- Roll out of sales campaigns.
- Provide trainings to the sales teams of the tire dealer.
- Interface with Product Management teams to provide customer feedback on product performance and recommend pricing programs to remain competitive in the market.
- Acts as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for YOHT.
- Able to do accurate forecasting.
- Interface between customer and technical department for managing the claims as needed.
Location: You will be based in Netherlands or Belgium (home office)
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in any related commercial or technical field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant sales experience in the region.
- Currently working with OHT tires or agri/industrial machinery.
- Experience in an international environment and able to communicate in Dutch/English
- Strong commercial awareness and good communication skills.
- A high degree of self-motivation and a result-oriented mentality.
- Enthusiastic and positive thinking; think in solutions, not in problems.
- Good excel skills and able to make analyzes.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region for more than 50% of the time.
- You are based in the Netherlands/Belgium already.
