Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Unterföhring (Munich) Office + Working from home (Hybrid)

Reports To: Country Manager

Their license covers public performances from broadcast, cable, and satellite television; DVDs and Blu-ray; downloads and streaming services. They work hard to educate organisations about the importance of respecting copyright, and prides themselves in being a key player in the entertainment and intellectual property ecosystem.

Headquartered in the United Kingdom with a contemporary office in Munich, Germany, our client is currently seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. As a vital member of this expanding sales force, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s inbound sales operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Role: Be the first point of contact for inbound client queries via phone and email.
  • Client Queries: Handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability, and more.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain high service standards with both new and existing clients.
  • License Processing: Issue licenses for content screenings (B2C and B2B).
  • CRM Management: Log and document relevant information and client communication in our CRM system.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with content curation for outbound communication.

  • Customer-Focused: You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Organised: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep detailed records.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Team Player: You work well with others and support your colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive: You take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Language: Native or Fluent German Speaker; Proficiency in English is required.

What They Offer:

  • €40,000 base plus uncapped commission
  • Hybrid working, 3 days per week in their Munich office, 2 days from home
