As they prepare for accelerated growth, our client is seeking an International Sales and Account Manager with a strong foundation in Business Development. This role extends beyond traditional sales, offering the opportunity to shape marketing and sales strategies, refine sales approaches, and develop relationships with their expert clients from various industries across the U.S. You’ll gain valuable insights and learn from these diverse industry leaders while collaborating with seasoned professionals at their Almelo office. Occasionally, this role will involve travel to the US to support their North American clients’ success in Europe. What will you do:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft & execute strategic plans for both existing clients & new prospects.
- Identify, pursue, and follow up on leads, arranging meetings to meet customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects across the USA and Europe.
- Expand your professional network and enhance your social media presence to drive engagement.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations that showcase our services to potential clients.
- Regularly review and report on your activities to track progress and outcomes.
- Skillfully renegotiate and close deals with clients and prospects, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with HR and financial consultants, using your international sales expertise to drive client solutions.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of Sales and Account manager experience preferably in HR or a services industry
- Fast learner with a results-driven approach and genuine interest in people
- Proficiency in English; Dutch or other European language is a huge plus
- Hands-on experience with a CRM program is a plus
- Thorough understanding of sales/account management and negotiating techniques
- Living or willing to live in a radius of 45 minutes from Almelo, The Netherlands
