Their license covers public performances from broadcast, cable, and satellite television; DVDs and Blu-ray; downloads and streaming services. Headquartered in the United Kingdom with a contemporary office in Munich, Germany, our client is currently seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. As a vital member of this expanding sales force, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s outbound sales operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Role: Calling clients to sell their license.
- Client Queries: Handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability, and more.
- Education: Explaining to clients the importance of our clients license for their business to be compliant as well as how it benefits studios.
- Get Deals Done: Build relationships with clients and be persistent to get sales over the line.
- CRM Management: Log and document relevant information and client communication in their CRM system.
- Meet KPIs: Meet and exceed the targets set and earn commission.

- Organised: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep detailed records.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Persistent: You follow up regularly with clients to ensure that sales go through.
- Resilient: You aren’t phased by a ‘no’ or a negative interaction, you bounce back straight away.
- Language: Native or Fluent German Speaker; Proficiency in English is required.

- €40,000 base plus uncapped commission
- Hybrid working, 3 days per week in their Munich office, 2 days from home
