How does Go Ahead HiRe price executive search?

We work on retained, container and selective contingent fee models. The fee is matched to the seniority and complexity of the role and is always agreed in writing before kickoff. Retained search is our default for senior, confidential or hard-to-source mandates because it produces the deepest market coverage and the highest fill rate.

Do I need to commit to exclusivity to engage Go Ahead HiRe?

For retained executive search the answer is yes - exclusivity is what makes a deep, off-market search possible. For contingent or container engagements you can run other suppliers in parallel; we will tell you up front whether that is realistic for the role. Either way, we will recommend the right model rather than push you toward the most lucrative one for us.

Can Go Ahead HiRe handle confidential searches off-market?

Yes. About one in three of our active searches is fully confidential - typically replacements of an underperforming senior leader, or pre-funding stealth hires. We run them off-market with no public job ad, a tightly scoped longlist visible only to a named client contact, and offer negotiations handled through encrypted channels.
