Go Ahead HiRe is a Netherlands-based recruitment partner for companies hiring in their home market, expanding into Europe or strengthening teams across the continent. Our founder and expert team combine European market insight with a personal approach.

We recruit across a broad range of positions, from executive leaders such as Country Managers, Commercial Directors and Heads of Sales to sales, marketing, HR, customer support, administration and other operational roles. Continuous learning and training help us keep developing our recruitment practice.

As the founder of Go Ahead HiRe, Darcie Hudson brings over 11 years of International HR and recruitment expertise to every partnership. She is a Native English speaker. Having lived and worked in both the Netherlands and England, she combines deep cross-cultural insight with a proven track record of over 500 successful placements for global organizations across Europe and UK.

Because Darcie has sat on both sides of the hiring table as both an in-house expert and an agency founder, she approaches every assignment with a strategic, corporate perspective to deliver top-tier talent across Europe and the UK. Her specialisms are Executive, Management, Commercial and Marketing roles with an International touch.

Erwin

Recruitment Partner, Europe

Erwin is a Native Dutch speaker and international recruiter who helps companies hire across their home markets and Europe. He specializes in leadership, commercial, operational, and technical roles, with strong expertise in inside sales recruitment and Sales Recruitment.

Erwin manages the end-to-end process from interviewing candidates and coordinating client interviews to guiding offer negotiations and checking in after successful starts.
