A global player with a modern Munich office, our client is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to accelerate their German market expansion. This is a full-cycle sales role where you lead every stage, from active outreach to deal closure. You will act as a pivotal brand ambassador and licensing expert, helping the company solidify its status as a market leader in Germany. The company focuses on personal development with 1 to 1 coaching and sales workshops. The ideal candidate is resilient, stays enthusiastic despite rejection, and is professional in every client interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Full sales cycle management: proactively engage prospects through targeted phone outreach and lead the entire process, from the first introductory conversation through to negotiation and final contract signing.
  • Client queries: handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability and more.
  • Education: explain to clients why the licence keeps their business compliant, as well as how it benefits studios.
  • Get deals done: build relationships with clients and stay persistent to get sales over the line.
  • CRM management: log and document relevant information and client communication in their CRM system.
  • Meet KPIs: meet and exceed the targets set and earn commission.

Who you are

  • Excellent communicator: you have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused: you are dedicated to providing exceptional service and building solid relationships.
  • Organised: you can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep detailed records.
  • Tech savvy: you are comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Persistent: you follow up regularly with clients to ensure that sales go through.
  • Resilient: you are not fazed by a no or a negative interaction, you bounce back straight away.
  • Language: native or fluent German speaker, with proficiency in English required.
