Are you able to focus on understanding prospect needs and guide them to solutions, effectively converting interested leads into sales? This is an inbound sales role with a global leader in film and audiovisual licensing, based in a modern Munich office, where you are the first point of contact for inbound client queries and drive inbound sales across the German market in German and English.

Headquartered in the UK with a modern office in Munich, Germany, they are seeking an energetic Inbound Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. As a key part of the expanding sales team, you will drive inbound sales in Germany, speaking with potential clients in German and communicating internally in German and English. The company focuses on personal development with 1 to 1 coaching and sales workshops. If you are motivated and eager to make an impact in entertainment, this is a great opportunity.

Key responsibilities

  • Inbound sales role: be the first point of contact for inbound client queries via phone and email.
  • Client queries: handle inquiries regarding rights, pricing, content availability and more.
  • Client relationships: develop and maintain high service standards with both new and existing clients.
  • License processing: issue licenses for content screenings (B2C and B2B).
  • CRM management: log and document relevant information and client communication in their CRM system.
  • Marketing support: assist the marketing team with content curation for outbound communication.
