About the role

Based in the Amsterdam office and reporting to the CEO, you will gain a bird's-eye view of global business activities. You will act as a crucial link in international communication and translate global marketing and business data into strategic narratives.

Yokohama Alliance Tire Europe (Y-ATE) is a fully owned subsidiary of The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. They design, develop and manufacture specialized off-highway and commercial tires. Their Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brands are marketed globally within the ATG (Alliance Tire Group).

What will you do?

• International communication: collaborate daily with colleagues across continents to gather input, updates and results. Coordinate international communication channels and keep everyone aligned.
• Global data analysis (Power BI): build, maintain and analyze dashboards using data from worldwide business activities to clearly map organizational performance for the CEO.
• Executive storytelling (PowerPoint): translate complex global data into clear, visually compelling presentations, preparing the CEO for board meetings, international presentations and strategic decision-making.

What you bring

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in International Business, Marketing, Communication or Business Analytics.
• An ambitious starter profile with 2 years of experience including internships, comfortable in a dynamic international environment.
• Demonstrable Power BI experience and expert skills in structuring and designing professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Outstanding communication skills, fluent English and the cultural sensitivity to connect across continents. Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability alongside the interpersonal skills to communicate your conclusions clearly.
• A proactive approach and the ability to adapt quickly when the CEO's priorities shift.
